We’re looking for a proactive and practical Facilities Officer to join our facilities team supporting a leading corporate environment. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining safe, functional, and well‑presented workplaces. From carrying out minor repairs and office refurbishments to coordinating maintenance activities and supporting contractors, you'll play a key role in keeping our facilities running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with handyman, maintenance, trade assistant, property services or building operations experience who is looking to develop a long‑term career in Facilities Management.
Job Description Facilities Officer Hands-On Facilities Maintenance & Workplace Services What You'll Be Doing General Maintenance & Repairs n

- Perform general handyman tasks and minor repairs.

- Complete painting, patching, fixture replacements and basic carpentry works.

- Conduct routine inspections and proactively identify maintenance issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day facility issues.

Refurbishments & Workplace Projects nn
- Assist with office refurbishments and workspace improvements.
n
- Support office fit‑outs, furniture installations and workplace reconfigurations.
n
- Coordinate minor works including painting, flooring and office upgrades.
n
- Assist with project delivery and ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard.

Facilities Operations nn
- Respond to maintenance requests and service tickets.
n
- Support contractor management and site inductions.
n
- Assist with compliance, workplace safety and building standards.
n
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting.
n
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support a positive workplace experience.
