The Opportunity
n We are seeking an ambitious, early-career Scrum Master to join our consulting team on an initial 12-months contract, with a view to extend in Sydney.

n

Working directly on-site with a leading financial services organisation, you will join the SQL Infrastructure & Systems team to facilitate Agile ceremonies, optimise team delivery, and drive key infrastructure initiatives. This chance is ideally suited for mid-level Scrum Masters looking to step up and gain tier-1 local enterprise banking exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- n

Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.

n
- n

Guide and coach technical delivery teams, removing blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.

n
- n

Collaborate closely with technical leads, database administrators, and infrastructure engineers focused on SQL platforms.

n
- n

Track delivery metrics, manage dependencies, and report progress to project leadership.

n
- n





Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture aligned with modern Agile delivery practices.

Key Criteria & Requirements

n

n
- Domain Experience: 2-5 years' of experience as a Scrum Master
n
- n

Agile Fundamentals: Demonstrated foundational experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting IT delivery teams in an Agile environment.

n
- n

Technical Aptitude: Background in IT infrastructure, database systems (SQL), or technical support is highly desirable.

n
- n

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal adaptability.

n
