Job Description

ALO is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Leadership Team in Sydney. The role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling to keep the store customer-ready at all times.

You will lead and coach the operations team, ensure robust standards, and collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting and performance metrics. The role requires 3-5 years in retail leadership, proficiency with MS Office, and a strong ability to communicate across teams.
