Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement the future-state PX operating model




- Drive services ownership and responsibility splits across PX teams and roles
- Design PX organisational structure and roles
- Define engagement model for PX customers
- Define governance, accountability and performance measures frameworks
- Partner with business leaders, change management and Oracle implementation teams
- Lead transition planning and business readiness activities
- Embed scalable and sustainable ways of working

About You

You’ll bring:

- Operating model and organisational design experience
- Enterprise transformation experience in complex global organisations
- HR/PX transformation experience
- Oracle Fusion HCM exposure preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Ability to translate strategy into practical business outcomes

This role will utilise Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Chat and Agents) to support content development, planning, analysis and execution activities. We are seeking candidates who are familiar with AI-assisted productivity tools and comfortable incorporating them into day-to-day work.
