Business Development Manager - Brisbane South Territory

Agas National is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Brisbane South and Gold Coast Territory to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth and establish lasting client relationships within your designated territory. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role is pivotal to our continued expansion plans throughout the east coast of Australia.

What you'll be doing

Identifying, prospecting and pursuing new business opportunities within the Brisbane South and Gold Coast territory to achieve and exceed sales targets

Building and maintaining robust relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships

Conducting needs analysis and presenting tailored solutions that align with client requirements

Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and negotiating contracts to close deals

Developing and implementing strategic account plans for key prospects and accounts

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities

Maintaining accurate records and reporting on pipeline activity, sales performance and forecasts

Attending networking events and industry functions to build brand awareness and generate leads

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development - B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry

3+ years' experience in a sales or business development role, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets and quotas





Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver solutions

Excellent relationship-building and networking skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal

Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a competitive spirit

Territory management experience and familiarity of the Brisbane and Gold Coast market is advantageous

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management software

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory

A natural problem-solver with strong organisational and time management skills
