We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of excellence in the industry. As a Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations, tenant relations and financial performance of the portfolio. Comprising of:
7 neighborhood shopping center's and stand-alone retail properties.
Dedicated facilities administration support
Supporting the role is the wider facilities, administration and management team who will coordinate the administrative tasks and triage initial enquiries from tenants and contractors alike, the finance team supports tenant enquiries, outgoings budgets and reconciliations.
About the Role:
- Take primary responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the property management and facilities management operations.
- Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants and serve notices where required as first approved by the owner.
- Ensure a working knowledge and uphold the Companies policies and procedures and to ensure they conform to owner’s objectives and investment strategies.
- Keep abreast of building services and real estate market activates, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects of client’s properties.
- At all times maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure immediate response to any emergency situation or urgent contact requirements.
To be successful in the role, you will need to be extremely organised, eager to jump into a fast paced and agile environment. Prior Yardi experience would be highly regarded.

Salary package will be remunerated in line with individual experience.
