The role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Storeperson to join our team at the Brisbane (Bundamba) office. This is a hands-on, full-time position offering a secure and supportive work environment in a high-performing team.

As a Senior Storeperson, you will support our production and dispatch functions, contributing to the efficient testing, preparation, and movement of stock. Your experience and leadership will help ensure smooth warehouse operations and high-quality standards across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading and coordinating warehouse operations
- Overseeing general warehouse operations including stock receiving, movement and storage
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Conduct regular stocktakes
- Ensuring stock safety and compliance with workplace procedures
- Operating forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting adherence to Quality Assurance and OHS standards




- Assisting with training and mentoring of junior warehouse staff

About You

- Proven experience in a warehouse role, senior or leadership experience highly regarded
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) - essential
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Sound understanding of warehouse processes, OHS, and quality control
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
