Institute for Urban Indigenous Health in Hervey Bay is seeking a Community Support Worker (Aged) to provide direct home-based care for eligible aged clients. Responsibilities include assistance with showering, toileting, dressing, meals, shopping and domestic tasks, all aligned to care plans and standards.

You will support clients to maintain independence, deliver social support, and ensure high-quality care while working within culturally protected, community-focused guidelines.
