Your Role

As new Store Manager at Vinnies in Burwood, you will be instrumental in building positive connections with the locals and visitors alike,
and make this store a popular place for finding great quality pre-loved items. Your role is vital to building the store's strong sales performance in a competitive local market. For you to succeed in this role, you will have proven retail operations management skills and people leadership skills.

Your Responsibility
n
n
- Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
n
- Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
n
- Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
n
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
n
- Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
n
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
n
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
n
- Use the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store
n
n
You Will Need
n
n
- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
n
- Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
n
- Robust focus on customer experience
n
- Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
n
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
n
