Home Delivery Service (HDS) is recruiting experienced order pickers and pallet rider operators to join our new Acacia Ridge Distribution Centre. We're looking for operators who enjoy a rapid paced environment, work safely and accurately, and consistently achieve productivity targets.

About the Role:

As an Order Picker Operator, you'll use a pallet rider picking equipment and RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders. This role suits people who enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a high-performing warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a pallet rider equipment safely at all times
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets




- Perform repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
- Work across Ambient, Chiller, or Freezer areas where required
- Follow all WHS and food safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

- RF scanning experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
