Our client is a leading financial services business. Currently undergoing a peak period, they are looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable Officer to join and support the Finance team. This is a 6-month temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible.
In this role, you will have the chance to support the Head of the Finance function in delivering timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Your duties will include:
- Timely and accurate administration and processing of payments.
- Assisting with review, investigation and resolution of accounts. payabletransactional enquiries.
- Maintaining financial records and reconciliations.
- Delivery of timely and accurate daily and month-end processes.
- Managing and responding to queries from stakeholders including business units, senior finance staff and finance colleagues.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.

- Extensive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Ability to multi-task and perform in high volume environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability tocritically think and problem solve.
- Intermediate MS Office skills primarily Microsoft Excel (Vlookups and Pivot Tables).
