St John of God Social Outreach Hospital in Melbourne VIC is seeking a Youth Worker for the Horizon House Young Parents Program. The role supports 16–22-year-olds experiencing or at risk of homelessness, on a 4-month fixed-term contract, part time with 27 hours per fortnight across Fri/Sat/Sun nights.

You will provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support to help young people gain life and parenting skills, aiming for independence and better wellbeing.
