Experienced Support Worker / EN - Kilsyth / Heathmont

If you are female support worker with high competency skills (PEG, tracheostomy, non-invasive ventilation, epilepsy training etc), then multiple shifts are available in Eastern Melbourne including Kilsyth, Heathmont, Mount Eliza, Cheltenham and Carnegie.

About the role:

n

An opportunity for an experienced support worker, ideally with a nursing background, to have a role in home care working for children with complex medical needs.

n

We are seeking:

n

Experience with cerebral palsy, PEG and BiPap

n

Paediatric experience is highly regarded

n

Proactive

n





Very reliable and consistent and looking for long term commitment to shifts and available to work school holidays

n

Have your own car - driving is essential in all roles

n

Candidates with complex bowel, catheter, stoma and other high intensity skills will be highly regarded.

n

You must have;

n

Certificate III in Disability Services or equivalent or Nursing diploma

n

Valid Australian Driver's License

n

Valid CPR Certificate

n

Proof of rights to work in Australia

n

NDIS Worker Screener Check

n

Great hourly rate approx $46 to $50ph week days
