About the role:

n

Working as an integral part of the team, you will be a key point of contact for customers and will be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
n
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
- Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
n
- Following up enquiries, quotations and orders
n
- Providing product and service information
n
- Resolving customer queries and issues
n
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
n




- Identifying opportunities to support sales growth
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information
n

n

About you:

n

n
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or sales administration
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
n
- SAP or ERP experience will be highly regarded
n
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering or technical environment is advantageous
