Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of French to join our languages team at Peninsula Grammar.

Part-time (0.4 FTE) opportunity commencing in 2027.

As part of our languages team, you will:

- Plan and deliver engaging French language lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence
- Create interactive learning experiences that encourage student participation and progress
- Monitor and assess student learning, providing meaningful feedback to support growth
- Support students’ academic and personal development through guidance and encouragement

About You

- Proven experience teaching French at the secondary level




- Strong French language skills, with clear and effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to deliver engaging, adaptive and effective learning experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- A willingness to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or pastoral care responsibilities

Desired Skills and Experience

All positions at Peninsula Grammar require:

- Current VIT
- First-Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Child Safety training (Mandatory Reporting Certificate)
