As we continue to grow, a current opportunity exists for a field technician to join our team. You’ll visit residential properties to test smoke alarms helping protect people and their homes.

What you’ll do
- Test and maintain smoke alarms to ensure properties meet compliance standards
- Work independently with all jobs scheduled for you
- Deliver exceptional service to property managers and tenants
- Use company-provided tools, vehicle, and technology to complete your work efficiently
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates based in Cleveland and surrounding suburbs who have:
- A friendly, approachable personality and good communication skills
- The ability to use contemporary technology (we’ll teach you the rest!)
- Confidence to climb ladders safely during your daily checks
- The ability to work independently while knowing support is just a call away
- Previous experience in a technical or customer service role (helpful, but not essential)
