VFV Pty Ltd. is seeking a Production Technician (Cleanroom) to join our manufacturing team in Mitcham, VIC. This is a full time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision within our controlled manufacturing environment. As a Production Technician in our cleanroom facility, you will be responsible for executing assembly and process work whilst adhering strictly to contamination control protocols and quality standards. This position is integral to our operations, ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and customer specifications in a highly controlled setting.

Key responsibilities

- Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks within cleanroom environments whilst maintaining strict adherence to contamination control protocols
- Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitor and record process parameters, ensuring all work meets quality and regulatory standards
- Conduct routine cleanroom maintenance activities, including equipment cleaning and workspace organisation
- Follow donning and doffing procedures meticulously to maintain cleanroom integrity
- Identify and report quality issues, deviations, or equipment malfunctions to supervisory staff immediately
- Participate in regular training and competency assessments related to cleanroom operations and procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a secure working environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

What we’re looking for

- Prior experience working in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated understanding of contamination control principles and practices




- Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures and work instructions precisely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all tasks
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading work instructions and recording data
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards safety and compliance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development in cleanroom protocols
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in cleanroom operations or manufacturing would be advantageous
