OMNIA Clinical Talent is recruiting for a Medical Secretary in East Melbourne to support a surgeon in a 1:1 capacity. You will manage diaries, book theatres, handle billings and Medicare, and liaise with practices, hospitals, reps and allied health providers. The role requires at least two years in private surgical rooms, plus 12 months of Gentu experience.

Solid communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential. Monday–Friday with flexible start times.
