We are on the hunt for Sustainability Stewards to help us maintain a clean, efficient, and environmentally responsible precinct.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Separating and managing waste streams
n
- Maintaining accurate waste and recycling records
n
- Operating baling equipment to process cardboard and recyclables
n
- Processing food waste and supporting sustainability initiatives
n
- Keeping waste areas, equipment, and back-of-house spaces clean and organised
n
- Working closely with venue teams to promote best-practice sustainability processes
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen operations, warehousing, logistics, or physically demanding environments is highly regarded
n
- Availability to work night shifts, including finishes between 1am and 3am
n
- Ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting throughout shifts
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
n




- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
n
- The ability to work collaboratively as well as have the autonomy to work within a fast-paced workplace
n
