At William Green, we're seeking a talented Dental Equipment Consultant who enjoys building relationships, asking insightful questions to turn a dental practice's needs into practical equipment solutions.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with dentists and dental practices across NSW and the ACT, developing new relationships while looking after existing clients.

You'll take the time to understand each practice—what's working, what can be improved, and what they're trying to achieve—before recommending the right solution from William Green's equipment portfolio.

You'll manage opportunities from initial conversation through demonstration, quotation and follow-up,



while developing strong product and industry knowledge. You'll also represent William Green at trade shows, conferences, product launches and industry events.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring strong relationship-building skills and sales confidence, plus the curiosity to learn quickly.

Dental industry experience would be valuable. You'll be organised, commercially aware, comfortable managing a territory and CRM pipeline, and motivated by developing long-term client trust and relationships—not chasing the quick sale.
