About the role

- Deliver person-centred nursing care that supports residents' dignity and wellbeing.

- Administer medications, provide wound care and monitor residents' health.
n
- Assess care needs, maintain clinical documentation and respond to changes in residents' conditions.
n
- Guide care staff and collaborate with residents, families and healthcare teams.
n

About you
n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse.
n
- Australian working rights and relevant screening checks.
n
- Compassion for supporting elderly residents.
n
