We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will play an essential role in helping a young NDIS participant in Malvern live a full life and achieve his goals. Our client requires support with daily living tasks, personal care, medical and person centred active support.

High Intensity Support providing person-centred support to a young man with complex disabilities.

The support worker will assist the participant to achieve his goals, maintain his safety and wellbeing, and participate meaningfully in the community while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.

Suitable candidates will assist in supporting consistency in service delivery and provide person centred active support

Must have.

- Valid NDIS worker check
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.




- Medication Training
- Medical background

- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability (highly regarded).

- Previous nursing or high intensity experience and ability to work active overnight shifts highly desired but not required.
