Strongknowledge of contemporary HR practices, policies and legislation
Demonstratedexperience providing strategic and operational HR advice
Strongemployee relations and performance management experience
Exceptionalstakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Strongcommunication and interpersonal capabilities
Theability to operate confidently within fast-paced and changing environments
Acommercially minded and solutions-focused approach to HR
Relevanttertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
