The team works in close partnership with the broader infrastructure and commissioning project streams, as well as key Human Resource functions including Learning and Development, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Policy and Performance.The position reports through the Workforce Strategy and Culture team, which leads organisation-wide workforce planning, capability and culture initiatives across Gold Coast Health.
