Delivery Lead - Systems Implementation | Relocate to Alice Springs

This role is based on-site in Alice Springs, NT. Relocation assistance will be provided. This is not a Brisbane-based or FIFO role.

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead or Project Manager to take ownership of the selection and implementation of a recent enterprise contract management system.

You'll lead the project end-to-end - from requirements and RFP through vendor selection, implementation, data migration, change and business adoption. You don't need to be a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) specialist. If you've successfully implemented an ERP, CRM, procurement, workflow or other enterprise business system, your experience could be highly relevant.

What you'll be doing

- Validate business and system requirements
- Lead the RFP, vendor evaluation and selection process
- Develop the implementation roadmap and manage delivery
- Lead the technology vendor throughout implementation
- Coordinate configuration, workflows, testing and data migration
- Manage project risks, dependencies, milestones and reporting
- Partner with stakeholders through change, training and rollout
- Report progress and key decisions to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for

You'll bring:





- Strong end-to-end systems implementation or project delivery experience
- Experience delivering complex projects within larger organisations
- RFP, procurement and vendor evaluation experience
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capability
- Understanding of commercial contracts and contract conditions
- Experience managing testing, data migration, change and implementation
- Confidence working across business, technology and executive stakeholders

Previous Contract Lifecycle Management / CLM implementation experience would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.

Experience implementing ERP, CRM, procurement, workflow or other enterprise platforms could be equally relevant.

The opportunity

You'll lead the implementation of a recent platform replacing an existing legacy solution and supporting the management of hundreds of complex contracts, obligations, actions and compliance requirements.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position paying $133,640 + 15.4% super, with relocation assistance provided to support your move.

Please note: this position is based on-site in Alice Springs, NT. It is not FIFO or remote. You must be willing to relocate and live locally for the role.
