About the Team
The Education Operations team sits within the Education Portfolio in the Division of Education and Students. The team supports strategic and operational initiatives across the portfolio and works closely with faculty teams, curriculum support staff and central education units.
Job Purpose
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the Education Portfolio to support operations, projects and stakeholder engagement. Contribute to efficient service delivery through coordination of events, communications, documentation and operational processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative processes, systems and day to day operations across the portfolio.
- Provide operational support including scheduling, documentation, procurement and resource coordination.
- Support project delivery by tracking timelines, monitoring progress and coordinating meetings and logistics.
- Coordinate planning and delivery of events including bookings, communications and in office support.
- Maintain intranet content, records and documentation in line with university procedures.
- Support communication and content development across teams and platforms.
- Assist with continuous improvement of administrative and project processes.
Selection Criteria
- Extensive experience managing documentation, scheduling, and communications for projects or service teams.
- Experience providing coordination and operational support in an educational or university setting.
- Experience working with academic and professional staff to support delivery service.
- Experience supporting reporting and data management processes.
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms used in higher education environments.
What We Offer
Base Salary Range: $98,792 - $106,966 (HEW6) plus 17% superannuation (pension)
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
