The Role:

As a Mortgage Broker, you'll become a key player in the Residential Lending team, managing a high-value book of clients, with 95% of leads provided by the business. This is a role designed for a relationship-driven qualified who thrives in a premium client environment.

All credit and administrative work are handled by a dedicated support team, allowing you to focus on building client relationships, driving growth, and delivering a white-glove service experience.

You will be responsible for:

n

- Meeting with clients to assess their financial situation, credit profile, and lending needs
n
- Advising clients on appropriate mortgage products and structuring complex deals
n
- Working with the internal credit and admin team to ensure timely and accurate submission of applications
n
- Managing relationships with lenders, solicitors, and relevant professionals to ensure a seamless loan process
n
- Staying up to date with industry trends, products, and compliance regulations
n
- Leveraging your network and existing client relationships, while also benefiting from a strong pipeline of referred and repeat business
n
