About The Role

We are currently seeking a customer support officer to join a supportive Family Care team. Working as the first point of contact for families and centres, you will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting enrolments, and building positive relationships with families.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage inbound calls and email enquiries from families and childcare centres
n
- Support families through the enrolment process and provide general information
n
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
n
- Monitor shared inboxes and maintain accurate records and case notes.
n
- Build strong relationships with families and centre teams through clear and supportive communication
n
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit Family Care team in a quick-paced environment
n

- ASAP start with interviews taking place face-to-face onsite.

- 3 month fixed-term contract
n
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm
n
- $72,000 + super
n
- Office-based role

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-focused approach
n
- Confidence managing enquiries and supporting families in a professional and empathetic manner
n
- Experience within childcare, NDIS, community services, or child safety environments will be highly regarded
n
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
n
- Ability to commence immediately
n
