Due to continued growth, Keldan Group is looking for an experienced Hot Work Supervisor.

Based in the Muswellbrook, NSW, Keldan supply labour and support services onsite and offsite to a number of clients in mining, mechanical & structural maintenance industries throughout NSW.

THE ROLE:

The Hot Work Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and workload of our Fabrication Shed and work alongside the Mechanical Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure labour and workloads are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Supervising a team of boilermakers and welders
- Planning and scheduling work to meet targets and deadlines
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintaining a professional and positive work environment
- Providing guidance and training to enhance skills and knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have trade qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of metal fabrication and welding processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook
