Key Responsibilities

- Complete daily dispatch administration duties
- Upload transport and warehouse documentation
- Prepare and process paperwork for outbound loads
- Complete accurate data entry and update internal systems
- Maintain organised dispatch records and documentation
- Assist with general warehouse administration as required

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

- Previous administration experience, ideally within warehousing, transport or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills




- Good computer and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous 2IC experience is highly regarded but not essential
- SAP experience is highly regarded but not essential
- A reliable, proactive and willing-to-learn attitude
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
