Reporting to the Studio Manager - Housing, we are seeking a Interior Designer to out state of the art Docklands Office to provide interior support to our clients, including the below;

n

Your New Role will include;

n

Guide clients through all selections (fixtures, finishes, materials) – including externals, internals & electrical.

n

Design and document detailed joinery layouts, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and alignment with clients' needs and budget, as well as Glenvill's standards

n

Prepare detailed selection documentation for operations

n

Clearly set clients expectations of appointment timeframes and completion targets

n

Provide an estimate price for selected upgrades

n

Collaborate with the internal & external stakeholders

n





Assist with resolving issues during construction

n

Stay up to date with trends and supplier offerings

n

Liaise with R&D;, national procurement team, suppliers and colleagues to ensure the product offering is current at all times.

Assist with the selections & preparation of Displays

n

Assist in the briefing of furniture with suppliers on the chosen theme and selections

n

Assist in walk throughs of display progress throughout the build and prior to handover to the Sales team

n

Assist in briefing the Sales team on the standard and upgrade selections

n

About You

n

Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in residential interior design

n

Creative eye and extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, suppliers and market trends

n

Strong portfolio of residential work

n

Robust knowledge in kitchen and custom joinery design

n

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

n

Collaborative and team-focused

n

Time management
