What You'll Be Doing

n

As a Trainee Educator, you'll learn alongside experienced educators and become an important part of our centre team. You'll:

- Support educators in creating engaging learning experiences for children
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
- Gain practical skills while studying towards your qualification
n
- Be guided by experienced mentors and development coaches
n
- Grow your confidence and knowledge every day as you progress towards becoming a qualified educator

About You

n

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and are ready to begin their learning journey.

You'll need:

n

- A current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
n
- Reliable transport to and from the centre
n
- A willingness to undertake a Certificate III Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy
n
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
