We're looking for an experienced, organised supervisor to manage maintenance and renovation jobs across Melbourne.

You must have strong practical building knowledge, experience managing trades and good computer skills.

The role

n

n
- Supervise trades and leading hands across multiple jobs.
n
- Explain scopes and give clear work instructions.
n
- Check workmanship, progress and labour hours.
n
- Organise materials and resolve site problems.
n
- Identify variations and report delays early.
n
- Coordinate upcoming work with our office team.
n
- Keep job notes, photos and outstanding actions updated.
n




- Address poor performance and ensure jobs are completed properly.
n

What you need

n

n
- Experience supervising maintenance, building or renovation works.
n
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, repairs and general building methods.
n
- Confidence directing trades and holding people accountable.
n
- Good organisation, communication and follow-through.
n
- A current driver's licence.
n

Valuable computer skills are essential. You must confidently use email, review scopes and photos, update schedules, write clear job notes and manage tasks in job-management software.

n

We use ServiceM8. Experience with ServiceM8 or a similar system is highly regarded. Training on our processes is provided, but you must already be comfortable using computers and mobile apps.

n

This role involves both site visits and office work. You need to manage the paperwork as reliably as the work onsite.
