Key responsibilities

- You will manage the process management system, scope and analyse end-to-end processes, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of practical solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery.
- As the Senior Business Partner Process Management & Improvement, you will manage and coordinate CFA's enterprise-wide process management and improvement program.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders across CFA, you will lead the program's priorities, framework and improvement initiatives while providing direction and support to the Process Analyst.
- In this pivotal role, you will: Identify opportunities for process documentation, simplification, standardisation, automation and improved governance.

What you need





- You will have experience in leading enterprise-wide process management and improvement programs, frameworks and initiatives within a large or complex organisation.
- You will bring proven expertise in process scoping, mapping and analysis, including the ability to identify risks, controls, stakeholders, dependencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities with a holistic mindset.
- You will also have demonstrated success managing multiple complex initiatives from scoping and planning through to implementation, advantages realisation and ongoing review.
