WHAT WILL YOU DO? n

You'll help keep the property looking its absolute best by:

- Leading, training and motivating housekeeping staff
n
n
- Coordinating daily room allocations and schedules
n
n
- Preparing and distributing daily allocation sheets
n
n
- Monitoring arrivals, departures and priority rooms
n
n
- Inspecting rooms and public areas
n
n
- Monitoring productivity and workflow
n
n
- Communicating between room attendants and supervisors
n
n
- Handling guest requests and special requirements
n
n
- Managing cleaning supplies and amenities
n
n
- Maintaining room status, DND reports and service logs
n
n
- Supporting the team with daily operational issues
n
n
- Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
n
n

n
ARE YOU OUR NEXT TEAM LEADER? n

We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and organised Confident and ready to lead Detail-oriented A strong communicator Proud of their work Comfortable working rotating rosters, weekends and public holidays

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience
n
n
- Experience with room allocations
n
n
- Experience using Opera and HubOS
n
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
n

n
n
