Paragon Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated Claims Executive to join a leading brokerage based in Melbourne's outer east.

The role sits in their claims team and will be responsible for managing commercial property claims.

n

The key attributes we are looking for in candidates is a positive 'can do' attitude, the ability to work as part of a team, a high level of attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and an ability to problem solve and make decisions.

What you'll be doing

- End to end management of 100-140 claims
n
- Reviewing medical reports and assessing eligibility criteria
n
- Building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Setting reserves and processing claims payments
n

About you

n

n




- 2-3 years end to end claims management experience in commercial property
n
- A positive person who is genuinely empathetic with customers
n
- You enjoy problem-solving and are confident making decisions
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Ability to foster effective working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
n
