Working closely with our marketing and business development teams, you'll help create engaging content, support marketing campaigns, contribute to tender and proposal submissions, and build MTP's presence across digital and
traditional channels.

Role description

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping build and promote the MTP brand across a range of marketing channels and business initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work across content creation, digital marketing, brand awareness campaigns, and bid support, gaining exposure to a wide variety of marketing activities within a growing professional services business.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas,



and build practical experience across marketing, communications, branding, and bid writing. While you'll be trusted to work independently, you'll also receive ongoing support and guidance to help you develop your skills and grow your career.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Create captivating content for social media, blogs, website updates, and other communication channels
- Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and visual content
- Contribute to bid and tender submissions through research, content development, and document
- preparation
- Help maintain and grow MTP's digital presence across multiple platforms
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, visibility, and brand awareness
- Work across a variety of projects that support both our recruitment and consulting divisions
