About The Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our consulting team, open to both early-career and experienced candidates. This role is a full-time, versatile hybrid role based in Australia, with some on-site work and travel as required.

You will play a key role in supporting and driving project delivery by assisting in planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk analysis. You collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure milestones are met, prepare reports and insights, and contribute to training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and provide expertisein one or more project management disciplines (planning, cost management, risk management etc).
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.




- Monitor and prepare detailed reports and documentation on project progress for clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing across the team and actively develop personal skills and knowledge to stay with current industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

- MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
- Degree or higher education in a relevant discipline
- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Assistant, Data Analyst, or Project Coordinator
- Good understanding of project life cycleand ability to adapt to varying environment.
- Ability to interpret, analyse and present data for management action.
- Knowledge of project management software and tools and general office procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a skilled approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with excellent attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, respectful, and collaborative mindset.
