Amida Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator to join a growing team working on medium-rise and high-rise residential projects across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast markets. Local knowledge is valued, with flexibility for non-local candidates.

You will manage the full contract lifecycle, review head contracts and subcontracts, prepare tender packages, negotiate subcontractor agreements, monitor costs and payments, handle variations
