As Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and expansion of a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Building solid, trust-based relationships with farming and regional business clients
- Identifying new lending and deposit opportunities across the portfolio
- Structuring tailored financial solutions aligned to client needs and regional market conditions
- Managing credit risk and ensuring compliance with banking policies

Successful candidates will hold a tertiary degree in a relevant field whilst having experience in commercial or agribusiness banking. You’ll be confident working independently, capable of delivering tailored financial advice, and passionate about supporting regional business success.
