Xplicit is looking for a reliable external cleaner to join our exterior division, working across residential and commercial sites throughout Southeast Queensland.

Casual to start, 20-38 hours per week depending on workload, with a explicit path to full-time for the right person. Monday to Friday, daytime hours. No weekends, no nights, no split shifts.

$35 per hour + super

What you'll be doing

- Soft washing houses, roofs and building exteriors
- Gutter cleaning
- Pressure washing driveways, paths, car parks and commercial hardstand

What we're after

- Reliable, punctual, and turns up with the right attitude every day
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights - single and double-storey roofs - and outdoors in Queensland weather
- Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle to get to site
- Customer-focused and professional - you're the face of the business on someone's property
- If you don't have one, we'll pay for it and put you through it.
- Soft wash or pressure cleaning experience is highly regarded, but we'll train you if you've got the right attitude
