Job Description

Calvary Lower Plenty is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the busy aged care kitchen, overseeing daily operations from Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a focus on protected menu execution and resident satisfaction.

You will manage budgeting, food ordering via computerised systems, and contribute to menu planning while ensuring IDDSI and allergen awareness.

n

Cert 4 in cooking is required; prior aged care experience is preferred; Leecare experience is desirable.
