Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable sales growth through solid customer relationships, market insight and commercial leadership. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across growth channels while championing a customer-first culture.

Key responsibilities

- Generate new opportunities through networking, prospecting and pipeline development
- Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into long‑term partnerships and delivering sustainable sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing channels and enter new markets
- Work to a strong culture of accountability and safety

About you





- Proven experience hunting new business and working independently in the Food Service sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and a customer-first mindset
- Skilled in negotiation, influencing stakeholders and driving team success
- Strong knowledge of seafood an advantage
