Integrated Water Management Group (IH2OM) P/L is an innovative Industrial Water Treatment company focussing on providing technical services, specialised chemistry, engineering and equipment solutions for our clients within the Healthcare, Government facilities, Aged Care, Food and Beverage, Agricultural and Manufacturing industries.

JOB OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity has become available for Custometr Service / Business Operations assistant to join our small, but rapidly expanding ISO accredited company within the water treatment and chemical hygiene cleaning industries.

This role will demand someone who is enthusiastic, highly organised, detail orientated, proactive with 3+ years administration experience, who can handle themselves in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- General office administration and customer service
- Processing customer orders and invoicing
- Customer / Supplier /Logistics liaison, including despatch of products.
- Administrative and Business opertions support of our water treatment division

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, organised and driven to provide outstanding service to our clients and our organisation
- Can work autonomously and effectively in a team setting
- Strong team player
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Previous experience with ERP systems (WorkGuru / SAP experience advantageous)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar management
- A friendly and approachable manner, with a can-do attitude.
- Adaptable to change
- Excellent and effective organisational and time management skills
- Available for an immediate start
