Job Description

Thiess is seeking a Social Inclusion Advisor to support operations in the Pilbara and Mid West. Perth-based with regular travel, you will work with project and site teams to advance Indigenous participation, DEI strategies, and workforce inclusion.

You will thrive in multi-site environments, translating strategy into practical actions, delivering recruitment and onboarding programs, mentoring, and community engagement, while upholding Thiess' commitments to Indigenous employment and RAP
