Your Role
Working full-time on a rotating roster that includes three weekends in four, you'll report directly to the Senior Stores Manager and will:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the store
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting customer relationships
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of 2–4 casual and part-time team members
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Prepare rosters and oversee daily staffing requirements
- Manage store and personal sales targets
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate customer deliveries with supply partners

About You
- Experience leading a customer-focused retail team, preferably within a recognised consumer brand; or
- You are a high-performing salesperson who believes they are ready to prove themselves in their first leadership role
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people improve their sleep and wellbeing
- Australian work rights are required for this position
