Salary Entitlements - $79560per year plus superannuation
Key Responsibilities: Prepare traditional Italian dishes like pasta, pizza, risotto, and soups. Make fresh sauces such as tomato, Alfredo, and pesto from scratch.
Cook pasta to the right texture and bake pizzas with a crispy base. Follow food safety rules and keep the kitchen clean and tidy. Check and manage ingredients to ensure nothing is out of stock.
Work with the head chef to help with daily food preparation. Make sure meals are cooked at the right temperature and served hot. Present food neatly and consistently for every order.
Guide and support junior kitchen staff when needed. Adjust dishes to meet customer dietary needs like gluten‑free or vegetarian.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specializing in Italian cuisine.
Education: Must hold a relevant qualification in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
