Orthodontic Dental Assistant /Front Office Coordinator

to join our team. We are based in Brisbane North with two branches in Nundah and Caboolture.

The ideal person for this job would be well presented, with high energy, and a positive and bubbly attitude. Experience in dental assisting/orthodontics is NOT essential but highly regarded, and Certificate III in dental assisting and experience with Dolphin Management Software will be an advantage. A passion for delivering exceptional care to our patients is essential.

Required Skills and Key Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks - managing appointment books/ calling patients/ taking payments/ presenting cases and fees.

Where required, chair side assisting, sterilising, and patient management and instructions.

Taking photos, scans and impressions.

Basic laboratory tasks – pour models and make retainers.

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient working setting

Strong communication, time management and organisation skills





Strong conversational skills in English

Reliability with an outgoing and positive attitude

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment as part of a team

Training for all positions provided on the job
