Manual Tester

- 3–4 years of experience in manual software testing, with hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and CRM solutions.
n
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
n
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing across Salesforce applications.
n
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud functionality,



including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user access.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, business processes, data flows, and integrations with external applications and APIs.
n
- Perform data validation using SQL and Salesforce queries (SOQL) where required.
n
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect-management platforms.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
n
- Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, test evidence, and other QA documentation.
n
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, defect triage, and retrospectives.
n
- Support deployment validation and post-release / production verification testing.
n
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, SDLC, STLC, and QA processes, with robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
