Bidfood is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Accounts Payable team at our Brisbane office in Morningside.

About the role
- Processing data entry and payment runs
- Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Managing supplier master data setup and updates
- Approving personal reimbursements and managing supplier rebates
- Coordinating tolls, postage and freight accounts (Toll, Aus Post, TNT)
- Responding to supplier enquiries with a professional, solutions-focused approach
- Supporting admin tasks and maintaining accurate financial records
